Our journey began in 2020 when our founders, Mert and Furkan—engineering students with a passion for craftsmanship and innovation—made the bold decision to leave their studies behind. They chose to fully pursue their vision of creating leather accessories that are more than just products; they’re statements of originality and quality. Fueled by a shared commitment to excellence and creativity, they brought together a talented fashion designer and an experienced leather engineer to form a team dedicated to redefining what leather accessories could be. We set out to merge the precision of engineering with the artistry of design, and create pieces that stand out from the rest.

At SycamotreCustom, we believe in doing things differently. We don’t just design; we also manufacture and sell each product ourselves, ensuring complete control over quality and craftsmanship. Each piece in our collection is the result of our unique vision, beginning with a hand-drawn sketch and evolving into a beautifully functional leather accessory. Our leather goods are then meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans in Istanbul, in close proximity to the prestigious fashion houses that inspire luxury. This enables us to uphold an exceptional standard of craftsmanship, ensuring each piece is made with care, precision, and attention to detail.
